My Christmas Tree Revealed | 12 Days of Haute-Mas | Day 1

The moment we've all been waiting for is here! The reveal of my Christmas Tree! For the past 3 years, I have improved on my Christmas Tree Decor and instead of purchasing random ornaments that do not go together; I have since been carefully curating pieces and having a theme!

This year's theme was "Simply Glam" the colors selected were: Blue, Silver, White, and a beautiful Aquamarine Blue! This was complemented by glittery flowers, leaves, bows and other beautiful shiny things that made a statement. This year I decided to flock my tree which is pretty much spraying the branches with fake snow so it could have that natural snow on the tree look! This came out great and I was pleased with the result but going forward I would purchase 1 more can of flocking spray as it went pretty quicky on a 6-foot tree. If you are not fond of a white tree and want a more natural and still modern look, this is a great option.

At first, I wanted it to be all silver and white but when I got half-way through, I realized the tree was a bit dead and needed some life! I conveniently had the Aquamarine ornaments from last year I didn't use and tried a few and loved the way it looked so I added more! To add even more depth to the tree, I added small gold ornaments and various white and silver garland in the center of the tree to fill any spaces that were visible!

I opted out of an Angel or Star at the top of the tree as I feel those are antiquated so I added sparkly tree toppers. This, of course, is a personal preference so whatever works for you, run with it!

All items were purchased in Fontana Barbican and Fontana Waterloo. TIP:  Always purchase your decorations a month in advance to get them at a better price. The closer it gets to December, the more expensive it will be as the demand will increase.

I hope you enjoy the tree and I'm curious to see some of your Trees!
