Introducing We love to Run Fitness Club

More people are starting to pay more attention to maintaining a healthy lifestyle -- this involves maintaining a healthy diet and a fitness routine. Here in Jamaica, there are more gyms in multiple areas throughout the city to meet the demands and lifestyles of its clients.

Being a member of a gym is just a part of this new phenomenon and the most important part is having a fitness instructor who is knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you meet those goals.

Haute People was recently introduced to the We Love to Run Fitness Club that has unique offerings. Today, we go "Behind the Seams" to learn more with Fitness Instructor Sheldon.

We recommend to our clients to consult their doctor and get a physical medical examination before starting an exercise routine. This is particularly important for those who are not used to strenuous physical activities, as well as individuals aged 45 and over. In addition, set realistic goals and stay focused.

HAUTE PEOPLE: Are there personal trainers available?
Yes, they are.

HAUTE PEOPLE: How important would you say is maintaining a healthy diet when working out?

The body needs nutrients to exercise, such as fruits, proper sleeping habits. It is very important to consume a balanced diet to support your fitness program. All food groups are necessary to sustain healthy energy levels and get the most out of your workout.

    a. Carbs are particularly important, as they can fuel your muscles before exercise.
    b. Carbs are also important after exercise to replenish glycogen stores and assist the absorption of amino acids into your muscles during recovery.
    c. Additionally, protein improves muscle recovery after exercise, repairs tissue damage and builds muscle mass.

Lastly, regularly consuming healthy fats has been shown to help burn body fat and preserve muscle fuel during workouts, making your energy last longer.”

We have a small favor to ask. People are reading the Haute Lifestyle than ever since our recent placement in the South Florida Blogger Awards but advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. We do not have investors and everything Blog related is funded out of pocket– we want to keep our journalism as fun and open as we can. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Our article takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we believe our perspective and voices matter – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who reads our posts, who likes it, helps fund it, our future would be much more secure.

For as little as $1, you can support The Haute Lifestyle
