Prodigal Son makes a Pure Gold return

Eden Gardens came to life last Tuesday with pulsating beats of Reggae-Gospel as the Prodigal Son made his Pure Gold return.

Scores of Jamaican media, music enthusiasts and supporters were in full support as they received a taste of what is to come. The night commenced with prayer by Revered Jermaine Laing --  hearty greetings from Haldane "Danny" Brownie -CEO of Danny Brownie Agency and featured performances by Blaize, Kyann and Shepherd.

The project has been a long time coming and Prodigal felt it was the right time to release an album that is straight from his heart and inspired by his personal experiences. The album is also described as one that is filled with praise and worship.

"I should be a life-changer everywhere I go" expressed the artiste as he donned an all black ensemble finished with olive green loafers. Pure Gold is a fitting title as Goal goes through an arduous process to make it beautiful which is quite similar to Prodigal's life.

One of the songs on the Album "Still A Wish" features the melodies of popular songs and artistes as Prodigal makes an appeal for these artistes to change their ways and turn to God so that they too can inspire lives and incite positive changes.

Hon. Olivia "Babsy" Grange
In attendance was Hon. Olivia "Babsy" Grange MP- Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport who gave the Keynote address of the night.

Pure Gold will be the 6th album for the artiste and will be released in October 2017. See our photos below thanks to our talented Photographer Dwayne K.Smith.
