Your skin changes as you age and while some of us are able to breeze through this aging process without any issues; there are others who have a few bumps along the way (pun intended). This step should not be skipped as it has positive long term effects. It is recommended to moisturize your skin 2-3 times daily.

Pay attention to your Neck

Ladies, your neck will expose you! Have you ever noticed how most facial products will say "use on face and neck"? Well, the neck is the first place that goes "soft" as we age just because it's so delicate. Venture beyond your jawline and show your neck some love.

Use SPF Daily

Spending too much time in the sun can lead to early signs of aging and you need a product to combat that. There are 2 types of sun-rays that cause skin damage and you need to wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen, since it helps to protect against both types of rays. SPF 15 is recommended for regular days while SPF 30 is recommended for "beach days".

Remove Make-Up before bed

I know many of you are guilty of this as am I. Who really has all that time to wash layers of make-up off your face? Sleeping in make up can mix the oil and dirt on your face which can lead to clogged pores--clogged pores = break-outs.

Exfoliate regularly

Cleansing simply isn't enough as there are areas you might have missed. When you exfoliate it removes dead cells on the top layer of the skin and reveal a natural youthful glow. Follow exfoliation with a moisturizer.
