Things Successful Women Do BEFORE 9:45 AM

Monday, July 9, 2018

Being a successful person takes years of hard work, time, effort and sacrifices -- being a successful woman takes all that but triple! It takes years to be an overnight success and there are some women who make it look so easy. It is said that every successful woman follows strick routines until their preparation meets their opportunity. Want to know what all successful women do before 9:45 A.m? Keep reading!

They rise BEFORE the Sun

Yes! most successful women will get up around 4 am - 6 am just to get ahead of everybody else and of course maximize on time. They believe that during this golden hour, the world is more peaceful as they get to tune into their thoughts and really zone into their inner self. This time is usually used for meditation, visualizing techniques, devotion or just quiet time.

They actually eat Breakfast

You can never have a truly productive day if there is nothing to run on .. literally! Your body needs food in the morning to "break the fast" (breakfast) while you were sleeping to fuel the brain and function properly. Have you ever skipped breakfast and all you can think about is food and you plan a year's worth of breakfasts just because you missed that one?

They Create a To-Do List

There is power in writing things down to give yourself a sense of direction. Successful women will create their "To-do list" the night before just so they know what things are a priority. They will realistically write top 5 things down and how they plan to accomplish them.

They get moving

Unlike us, regular folk who hit the snooze button several times -- successful women get up and get moving at the first alarm! There is no room for slacking off and being late because you didn't feel like getting up at the first alarm. Successful women understand that in the real world time is money and if they really want to get ahead, they must get moving.

They Read the News

Reading the news is one way to get ahead as it arms them with knowledge of what is going on in the world and they will be able to contribute to intelligent conversations. It's important to be a well-rounded individual in today's sensitive climate and reading the daily news is one sure way to do that.

They do at least one Self Care thing

As women, it's quite easy to get caught up tending to the need of people in our lives and completely neglect ourselves. Self-care is simply taking care of your self and truly learning how to appreciate yourself. This could be as simple as turning off your phone or going on airplane mode to get a few peaceful moments to clear your head. Successful women understand that they are not able to give their best if they are not their best --sounds simple right? It is, it's important to take care of yourself every day as opposed to waiting to do it once a year on vacation.

Are you a successful #GirlBoss? Or maybe you know one --share all the things you do before 9:45am in the comments section.
