This week is officially Get Fit Week!

Though cliche' and a bit predictable, we have decided to jump on the #NewYearNewMe wagon with health and fitness tips we have tested and tried. One of the things I would like to achieve this year is a fitter and toner body! I plan on doing majority of the work at home as gym memberships are expensive and let's throw in food and you have serious expense on your hands.   1. Body Building is essential to the structure and function of all living cells and is the building material of muscle. Protein is probably the most important nutrient for a bodybuilder because it's used by the body to build, repair and maintain your muscle.
