The Charcoal Beauty Trend

Friday, October 14, 2016

They say "Beauty is Pain" , and with that goes some really interesting Beauty Trends over the years. There was the "Blood Facial " and "Leech Liposuction" in past years and now the Charcoal Beauty Trend.

In my country Charcoal is just a fancy name for "coal" something that is used to ignite a fire for cooking. The Beauty community has however found another use for Charcoal and it's now the "must have" Beauty Product for 2016.

We did some digging ( pun intended ) and found some of the Best Charcoal Beauty Products you simply must try!

Dead Sea + Charcoal Mask: This interesting combination of ingredients work together to suck impurities from the skin and tighten the pores. Recommended use is once per week for 15 minutes and your face will look fresh and rejuvenated!

Charcoal Body Scrub: Yes to soft supple touchable skin! Adjectives aside , this is great for areas of the skin ( chest , shoulders and back ) that is oil prone and clogged.  A mixture of sugar and sea salt exfoliates while the charcoal draws out all impurities.

Black Charcoal Cleansing Cloths : I know you are probably thinking since it's Charcoal it must be messy , but on the contrary it's actually mess free! These detoxifying cloths have Charcoal Powder , Black Tea and Glycolic Acid to clean pores , tone skin and lightly exfoliate. They are pitch black and you use them the same way you use regular cleansing wipes!

Black Toothpaste : The sound of this is definitely cringe worthy , but they work faster than whitening strips. Black Toothpaste naturally kills bad breath and whitens teeth in a jiffy. All you have to do is brush your teeth for 15 minutes ( 1 minute intervals ) with a soft toothbrush , rinse and you will notice whiter teeth.
These can be found at most Health Food Stores and Online.

The products above can be found at most Health Food Stores , Sephora and Online Vendors.
