I have had several.diffwrent layouts over the years but I finally found one that I love! So Important to find what works and stick with it.
ReplyDeleteAgreed! A good layout is everything 😄. You want to make sure you stand out!
ReplyDeleteI agree! I love a clean, crisp, easy to see and follow layout. It's something that was important to me when I set up my blog.
ReplyDeleteYep. It took me a few years and I love my lay out now. I switched to WP recently and love it and my blog :)
ReplyDeleteI have a new blog that launched today and would love you to see at fidoseofreality.com and I love a clean layout that is easy to maneuver
ReplyDeleteGood advice! Remembering what you like in a store website is valuable. I do get frustrated when a blog is hard to read.:-)

I have been blogging for over 5 years, so my sites have had many makeovers. I finally realized that a clean minimalist layout is best.
ReplyDeleteAfter blogging for over 5 years, a clean layout works best for me. I've also limited the ads so as not to frustrate my readers and slow down page load times.
ReplyDeleteI'm considering a theme change for my blog- you might have convinced me to make the switch!
ReplyDeleteWhen I look back at my first site layout, I cringe. I've definitely gone with a simpler, cleaner look as my blog has evolved. I think too much business just takes away from what you're really trying to say.
ReplyDeleteI have a standard blogger template. Someday though I think I will upgrade to Wordpress or something where I can play more.
ReplyDeleteI am on my 3rd platform and pretty satisfied fo rthe time being.... trying to keep it clean as well.
ReplyDeleteI love your tips! I agree with them! I am always looking for ways to make my blog look better!
ReplyDeleteMy blog has been through many changes over the years but I love the sleek-looking designs the most! Great tips!
ReplyDeleteI'm still on a blog platform with my own domain name and I don't plan on paying for something that I can get for free anytime soon. I also love my layout but plan on changing it as my daughter gets older. I just change out my header to go with the seasons. :)
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree with you on this. Not only is a good layout important for the blogger, but also for the reader (in some ways, even more so).
ReplyDeleteGreat tips especially about clashing colors. I see that all to often on blogs.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Layout is so important. Some pages are way too hard to navigate.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these amazing tips. A good layout is so important.
