Cheap N' Cheerful: Fitness for Less

Monday, July 20, 2015
Hi Guyss!!! We are back on track with Series type posts :-) Yaaay! Today , It's all about things you can do to stay fit that won't break the budget to get your heart rate going and enthusiasm peaked:-)

What If I told you having a better body does not have to be expensive! Below are 5 inexpensive and even FREE workout programs I came across.

Blogilates

As a fellow Blogger I just had to kick things off with the popular work-out known as Blogilates from Blogger Cassey Ho. This is a fun way to workout which incorporates Pilates , Yoga , and Aerobics which is done via YouTube or the Blogilates Website.

If you type Blogilates to YouTube , it will come up. If you are an on the go person , there is even an APP which I discovered on the Google Play store. I like that the website is a one stop shop which has Printables , Recipes & even workout Gear. Cost: FREE

BeFit

This is my go to fitness channel on YouTube simply because they have 5 minute workouts. Before you say "what can 5 minutes do ", I will have you know ... alot!

They have a wide range of workouts to choose from which ranges from; Cardio , Fat Burning , Toning , Butt Lifts and so much more! The instructors are people we know like Jillian Michaels and Denise Austin. If you are just getting started or you are just looking to get your heart rate pumping , I would highly recommend this. Cost: FREE

Stability Ball

You can get so much out of this inexpensive work-out "investment ".  They can be incorporated into Yoga , Cardio Routines , Pilates , Stretching and of course Full Body Workouts.  These are not an expensive purchase but prices will differ according to the brand. COST $15-20USD

Walking & Running

We all have our favorite and not so favorite workout and for most people it's either of these two. This costs you nothing but time and dedication. If you live in a safe neighborhood, near a park or even a school with a Track or Field , you can go walking or running. Decide on how often you want to go, grab a walking/running partner and you are all set to go! Cost : FREE

DVDS

Thanks to INSANITY, Fitness Expert Shaun T is the new Darren Hansen of our generation. This intense 30 minute workout series will have you sweating bullets and expressing feelings that would make a pirate blush...lol. It is not for the faint of heart ( literally ). COST: 3 payments of $39.95. Results are amazing ( according to users ) once your are serious and stick to the plan.
