Weird Beauty Tricks ... that Work!

Tuesday, June 23, 2015
Hi Guys! We live in a world where there is an alternative to almost everything! The every growing Beauty Industry is a 200 Billion Dollar Industry and new Products are released each year. As you know there are high end as well as Drug Store Products.

Today I will be sharing some weird Beauty Tricks that actually work. Have I tried these myself? Some of them :-)

Steam Set Your Make-Up:  I do this on the daily because I'm all for getting ready in a flash! If you don't have a hot/cold water shower option; simply boil some water and put your face above it for a few minutes. The steam will no doubt set your Make-up while giving your face a nice dewy, plump finish. Think of it as a modern "Steam Facial".

Apple Cider De-Bloater: As Ladies, we have that special time of the month when we go from "Flats" to "Mrs Puff" ( Sponge-bob reference ) For me, I blow up  alot and it's noticeable for such a slim person. What I like to do is mix 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with a glass of water and in 30 minutes you will be de-puffed:-)

Remove Dark Circles with Oranges: This Trick is quite popular on Pinterest; at first I saw the Pictures and thought it was a thing like when putting Blood on the face was popular. So, it is said that if you apply Orange or Coral Lipstick under the eyes it will remove Dark Circles. The Orange will work as a color corrector and will easily cover the dark circles. You will then follow up with Foundation or Concealer.

Use Vaseline to Set Perfume: I read about this trick in Tigerbeat over 10 years ago in High school! If you want your perfume to last longer , apply Vaseline to the areas you plan to spray and the Vaseline's texture will trap the scent and keep you fresh all day.

What are some weird Beauty Tricks you know or use?
