The Un-Inspired Days

Friday, May 1, 2015
We all have those days when we have tons of work to do but we simply have no energy , completely listless and un-inspired . Today is one of those days and I will be sharing tips on how you can become inspired again today.

Make up your Mind: Decide that you are going to do it and it has to be done! As they always say "The mind is a powerful thing" believe it or not .. we can accomplish so much ( or little ) with a strong mind.

Play some upbeat music: "The great thing about Music is that when it hits you , you feel no pain "  I've found that on my un-inspired days once I listen to a happy upbeat song  , my mood changes completely and I often wonder why I wasn't feeling my best in the first place.

Take a Break : Maybe the reason you are un-inspired is that your body is trying to tell you it's tired and needs rest. Any/every profession get overwhelming at times and we are required to push our bodies far beyond it's limits to get the results. Sometimes it's just good to rest ... remember your body is your permanent home. Take care of it or it will shut down on you ... literally.

Change things up: If you do the same old things day after day .. it becomes extremely boring! As Bloggers or people in general I'm sure we all have a certain routine we set to guide our daily activities and goals. Try going to a different Coffee Shop to work or maybe flip your schedule around ... do the thing you would usually do last first.

CLEARLY I'M FEELING BETTER SINCE I WAS ABLE TO WRITE THIS :-)

How do you get over the un-inspired days?
