Transition Tuesdays : How to Look Better

Tuesday, March 17, 2015
This post has nothing to do with the actual title. It has very little to do with looking good physically but rather internally. This is actually a popular tag on YouTube that I thought I would share in Blogersphere :-)

Think Positive Thoughts: Easier said than done right? So right! Its human nature for us to sit and think about all the negative things in life rather than the positive. A failed Business Attempt , failed relationship , Poor grades in school, not being financially stable. While I don't subscribe to the Law of Attraction entirely. Whatever you think is a reflective state of your life "As a man thinks, so is he" If you think positive things, you will more than likely get positive results.

Exercise: This can be helpful for you both physically and internally. I must admit I struggle with this and I also must admit if I wasn't skinny I would be more motivated to work out. Sure exercising has nothing to do with weight but rather health. Its so hard! I've found a program on YouTube that has 5 minute workouts that I've been doing each day. The thing about exercise is that it makes you feel good! It just does .. all the negative energy and doubt is somehow released once you get going.

De-Clutter: Remove negative people from your life! They are they worst , they are like leeches or some sort of parasite that sucks the life out of you! Those are not the people you need. Only include positive people who share the same goals as you and can push you further in life.

Live a Little: We only have one life to live. Regardless of Religious restrictions and obligations , you can still enjoy yourself. Whether its travelling to a new country , dining with friends or just doing your nails. Whatever makes you feel good .. do it!

Nuh Watch Nuh Face \ [ don't focus on whatever people think or say about you ] I'm in this stage now! I've finally realized I can't control what people say or think about me ... that's all on them. I've reached that stage where I've completely ignored those people. These are the same type of people who tear others down while their lives are stagnant. They will eventually cancel themselves out , so ignore them.
