Saturday March 28, 2015 was the 3rd staging of Earth Hour Concert at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Center in Kingston Jamaica.
Earth Hour is a worldwide movement for planet Earth organized by World Wide Fund. The event encourages all individuals across the Globe to turn off all non- essential lights for 1 Hour from 8:30 - 9:30.
At 8:30 all the lights at the venue were turned off , then Lanterns released as a symbol of unity and support for the cause. The event also featured live performances from Jamaican talents like : Black as Cole , Mario Evon , Keznamdi , Kelissa , Chronixx , Young JR and many others. The thing I liked the most about the Event was how organized it was and also how receptive the audience was. It was a good clean Event , with Clean Music and a great overall vibe.
I believe that we need to support more positive Events like this in Jamaica for the better of our Country.
