Cuff It

Tuesday, February 10, 2015
There is nothing more sexy than a man dressed to the nine in a  well tailored suit.

Men's accessories are easy to find and pleasing to the receiver. This Valentine's Day gift the man in your life a pair of cufflinks. The cufflinks were designed to use on long sleeve dress shirts with buttonholes and no buttons. I consider them to be one of the sexiest and most forgotten men's jewellery. Various types of metals and stones are used to create them. Some men even have their pens and cufflinks matching.

How to choose a design:-

-Pick an occasion: work, church or black tie affair

-Consider his hobbies.

-Assess his personality and sense of style. Is he an average Joe or Mr. GQ?

A true conversational pair would be from the Romain Jerome brand made from metals of the Titanic ship.

  1. I would love to see my husband all dressed up. The only time I see it is when we have a funeral.

  7. Cufflinks are such a great gift. Not many people have a pair anymore, so you know you're getting them something no one else will! Plus, it gives them an excuse to dress up. :)

I think that all men in the corporate world need a pair of cufflinks. And if it is one it should be of the best brand - Mont Blanc.

  19. This is a great inexpensive gift for staff parties, graduation, male relatives, friends, etc. A man in cufflinks proves he is paying attention to details in his attire. I remember a Russian customer buying a huge loose diamonds for his girlfriend and he bought a diamond encrusted pair of cufflinks for himself.

  22. I will have to say that some men look better in jeans than a suit. My husband for example looks very uncomfortable in a suit and tie but in jeans he rocks them .

Very well written article! My husband is pretty fashion forward but doesn't own a pair of cuff links because he doesn't attend many formal functions. I think by getting him cuff links this would cause his style to evolve into a more classic look by integrating cuff links into his wardrobe. Great gift idea for the man you love, whether it's a father, brother, husband, even grandpa!
