Happy 50th Jamaica!!!

On August 6, 1962 , Jamaica was declared an Independent Nation from British Rule . Today , the nation celebrates 50 years of "Independence" . Spirits are high in the country today as we celebrate the major accomplishments made by our athletes at the 2012 Olympics in London . There will also be "The Grand Gala " today at the National Stadium where aspects of our culture will be showcased and celebrated .
